Hi, I topped up my account last Sunday for 10GBP with my debit card. There was an error saying it was unable to process the payment. Since I got charged by my bank I ignored the error and thought the money will be on my phone account within 24 hours. But that was not the case. What do I do if I got charged but my account wasn't topped up? How to get my money back?

You may find that the bank has gated off the amount awaiting for Vodafone to collect.
If it's a glitch and Vodafone do not collect them the amount will.drop.back into your available balance. Your banks customer services can confirm.the status of your account.
Sometimes we do hear of top ups not showing straight away but it should show up pretty fast.
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can access your Vodafone account and check @damiansakwinski
