On more than one occasion now I have had problems with Vodafone topping up by taking two payments when I have only requested one? It is then a problem to get a refund. Has anyone else had this problem?

I've seen a couple of posts in the past where a glitch has happened and then as the funds are not actually taken by Vodafone but are gated off instead by your bank it can take 7_10 days to get the funds back.
Personally I prefer using a voucher.

This can sometimes happen when topping up online and clicking continue twice but the merchant (Vodafone) should only claim the one payment with the duplicate payment being returned to your available balance by your bank within a few days.
After topping up online, the phone application should let you know how much credit you have on the account plus any active bundles and this is always a good first place to check.
If you have any future problems with your online card top ups, this will be something the forum team will be able to look into and help where possible.
