VOXI data problem

I joined VOXI and initially no problems but then proceeded to transfer my existing number over to VOXI and since the transfer was completed I have been unable to use my data. I am receiving app notifications but cannot use apps or browse internet. VOXI sent me a replacement sim and still no resolution. I’ve spent hours conversing via web chat but to no avail (very poor customer service). any advice greatly appreciated
