Very Me Rewards and Six Pack

CEB5000
4: Newbie

Hi, according to the Very Me T&C’s, to be eligible for rewards you must top up every 6 weeks. So if I buy a big value SIX PACK (which effectively means I don’t top up for 180 days), will I lose my eligibility for Very Me rewards after 6 weeks?

......and the response I finally got from the specialist team was “the query is best dealt with by the specialist team on social media.” 10 out of 10 Vodafone for incompetence.

Oh, sorry about that @CEB5000, that's certainly not the greatest response!

We actually have one team in place that's supporting the product via social media. This is who i've contacted.

They work directly with our product managers and marketing teams. As soon as I get a response and some clarification, I'll get right back to you,.

I've got a response to this now @CEB5000

It seems that our new Big Value Six Packs aren't compatible with VeryMe just at the moment.

Our Product teams are aware of this, and are looking at ways to integrate everything as we really want VeryMe to be available to everyone!

I'm really sorry for any confusion around this, but I hope this clarifies the situation for now.

Thanks @Blair for the clarification. That’s a shame, but at least we have acknowledgement and can make the appropriate choice when renewing.

Hi. I got a Big Value six pack starting Early Jan 2019 (expires early July 2019). I had access to VeryMe until a few days ago. Could you please reinstate me? It is not fair that I have been deregistered from VeryMe because of not topping up in the last 6 weeks. My six pack is active for a full 6 months and I have paid in advance! Many thanks.

@Jonsies2018 As far as I'm aware, we haven't received another update since the last message from @Blair
I'm really sorry for any disappointment caused. The dedicated team will be working hard to get our VeryMe Rewards up and running for all of our customers, as quickly as possible.
I'll be sure to pass on your feedback and comments regarding this, to make the team aware of how this is affecting our customers.

Thanks @Colleen. Understood, but you guys really need to step up. The Big Value Six Pack is a pseudo-product between PAYG/pay monthly. If it is going to be excluded from VeryMe Rewards, you need to make that absolutely clear on your website. People should know before signing up for a six month contract!

@Jonsies2018 I completely understand where you're coming from and I will raise this with the dedicated team 😊 We wouldn't wish to confuse or disappoint any of our customers and I understand this situation has been far from ideal. I really appreciate your cooperation and continued patience.
