I have an old Vodafone K3565 mobile connection stick, and have purchased a £10 pre-paid data sim, but it does'nt work. Appreciate any assistance. Thanks
Your sim card should be already activated but customer services on 0333 3040191, 191 or Live Chat can check.

Maybe try the sim card work in another device to see if it is working.
I haven't used your particular model of dongle but the user manual may help in some way K3565-Z Mobile Connect USB Stick User Manual.
Also please check the Apn settings in the device.

Please ensure nothing is hindering the dongle connecting.
