Hi there,
I have the Vodafone X deal with Spotify and midway through last week by Spotify reverted to the free version and I no longer have access to premium Spotify. I checked my account and it says my Vodafone X with Spotify is active until July 4.
I have gone through the process of clicking on the Spotify add-on on the Vodafone site whilst using my data but it just comes up that that would cost 8.99 and when I click on the link it says there’s an error.
How could this be rectified, please?
