Vodafone account problems.

Yesterday my Moto x⁴ updated to android pie. (9.0)

When it updated I got an message from Vodafone. That said since I updated my phone I need to do something to my account. So I could send picture messages and etc. It had a link to a website. Which would help update my account or something like that. I was going to do that today but that message was deleted. So know I can't send picture message and do other things.

Could you please help me and tell me what to do to update my account.

Hi @Mr_van_78

 

That message is always received when the phone is updated or the SIM is changed.  However, if you have a Vodafone branded phone is correct settings will be installed on the phone. 

 

Try texting WEB to 40127 this will update your connection on the network.
