Pay as you go

Vodafone spamming me saying i do not have text credit when i have ample text credit.

2: Seeker

I have been receiving Hundreds of vodafone texts that sometimes cause my Iphone 5 to completely crash saying that i do not have enough credit to send a text message, while i have over a hundred texts left in my balance. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this or block vodafone's spam alltogether. It's absolutely infuraiting.

Also, i cannot receive photos that have been texted to me. I was wondering if this was because i don't have any data left.

@Seeweedbuscut It's unusual to hear about the texts messages you're receiving. We'll be happy to look into this further, to see why this may be happening. To do so, we'll need to access your account. I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch with our team.

You can stop receiving marketing calls and texts from us by texting 'STOP' to 9774. However please be aware this doesn't stop system generated messages being sent, regarding your account.
