Hi

i can’t login to sky sports mobile tv via Vodafone x sport deal. It says ‘we cannot match your details at the moment error code 80002.’ Could I get some help in accessing it. Thanks

We're aware some of our customers using phones operating Android Version 10 are unable to access the Sky Sports app. This is due the Android software and out of our control. The developers at Sky are aware of this and are releasing an update of the app, which will fix the issue.

To make sure you're using the most up to date version of the Sky Sports app, please uninstall and re-install it through the Google Play store.
