When I try to register for 'My Vodafone' I am asked to input my name, when I do I am informed that it is wrong and that 'We can’t match your name against a contact on your account.'

 

What can I do to fix this?

Hi @njackson2nrt

 

Before being able to register an online account, the SIM needs to be active and this will mean adding some credit and preferably a chargeable activity to register the SIM to the network.

 

If you have already done this, please give Vodafone a call on 191 or use live chat, they will be able to advise further and help register your account.
