Wrong location

When using the app for my local bus service - the app show the wrong location. Other apps, such as “maps”, my iPad shows the correct location. How can this be fixed?

Can you check in your phones location settings to see how its set up to find your location.

One would be something like high accuracy.

Also it's worth checking in your bus app for preference settings.

If you launch Google Apps does that show your correct current location @explorebylight

For the application to find your correct location you need to set the location by using the phone's GPS, the application will then be able to find live bus times for the location you are in.

As the bus application uses the phone GPS, providing you have GPS turned on and have a good mobile internet signal, the application shouldn't have any problems finding your exact location.
