I topped up by £10 ready to get a big value bundle so I went through the horrible automated thing and then as it was saying that it was taking the credit for the big value bundle it hung up on me. Then I tried ringing the number back to get the bundle his tine but then it said I have no credit.

Can you please just check your myvodafone app / myvodafone account online option just to see if you now have the Big Value Bundle your wanting and that the allowances are now showing to use.
If not then Live Chat or an agent on 191 can access your account and look into this for you @rhysthomas4702
