Hi
I'm using iPhone 6s and it worked well until last evening.
However, I suddenly lost connection to the mobile network.
My phone suggests it is connected to Vodafone 3G, but actually it does not work.
I did everything suggested in related past topics,
-Checked my balance, >8GB remains
-iOS update
-Relaunch
-Airplane mode
-Profile reset by texting web to 40127
-Reinsert SIM
but, none of them worked.
Does anyone know any other ideas to solve this issue?

I note you refer to the data allowance you have left @uturyo27182
Is Mobile Data toggled to On in the phones settings ?
Check any relevant bars in your myvodafone.
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can check your account at Vodafones end.
Check the Network Data connection settings in the iPhone please.
Sometimes choosing another network and then re choose Vodafone can help to bump start things.
Can you make and receive calls and texts at all ?
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone ?
And try another sim card in your phone to see if it works.
This helps to rule out the iPhone or sim at fault.
If your sim card works in another phone then an Apple Store Genius Bar can run a diagnostic or Vodafone can send it away if Vodafone supplied the phone.
If it's the sim card then a Vodafone Highstreet Store can perform a sim swap to replace your sim card. Take Photo ID.
Sometimes it's good practice to sim swap anyway if the sim appears to be glitching.
Does this issue happen in one particular area or everywhere ?
Vodafone have a help link here with a template to use i.e post the template back here with your answers.
