I am trying to purchase an item via payforit with my phone PAYG credit but i am told i have hit a £10 spend limit for the month, i looked into the spend rules at it stated pay montly accounts have a spend limit but nothing for PAYG provided the credit is sufficient to pay for the purchase. i am trying to spend £10 and have in excess of £15.
the same thing happens on a secondary Vodafone PAYG phone.
This is what I can see..
"Sony have set the monthly spend limit to £10.00. "
"If you’re a Pay as you go customer, you can only make purchases using your available credit. You can top up to make sure your balance covers your purchases."
I would suggest having a word with customer service on 191 or use Live Chat to have your account checked.
