new top up webpage doesn't work on mobile

anyone else find the new top up page doesn't work for mobile browsers?

I used to use the service @ https://topup.vodafone.co.uk/topup/ to top up my daughter's phone and that worked on any device, the new page doesn't

and the old portal also issued a confirmatory email too which was reassuring...

@simonthorne01 I'm sorry to hear you're unable to top up your daughters service on our website. Did you try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different web browser? It seems strange you're unable to top-up, do you receive an error message at all?

I have been able to topup using a desktop browser, the difficulty occurs on an iOS device, iPhone or iPad, as the frame/form within the webpage is unscrollable, only part of it is visible and scrolling scrolls the whole page not the form with the fields to complete

the old portal appears to have gone,

the one that did work on iOS

and had the very helpful option of a receipt email

it's URL https://topup.vodafone.co.uk/topup/ now redirects to the new unnavigable page https://www.vodafone.co.uk/my-vodafone-account/pay-as-you-go-top-up/top-up-online/

Thanks for getting back to us @simonthorne01. We've taken a look and managed to access the top up page from an iPhone here. Give that a try and let me know how you get on 👍 

hi @TJ

I can see all the fields now on my iPhone SE but not the "Review your order" button to execute the form

on my iPad that button is visible and can execute the first page and the second page but 2 attempts failed to top up

did the same via desktop Firefox using the same link and performed a successful topup

so an issue remains accessing the portal via iOS - the old portal performed well on iOS

hope you can fix this
