Hi i hope you can help me.
i have ported my old number over to vodafone PAY AS YOU GO . as i had the tempory vodafone number 4g was working fine.
since my number got ported no 4g works. 😕 i can make calls texts and recive calls and texts.
i have tried 191 but i cant seem to get anywhere. and tried live chat no luck
i hope you will fix this problem. ive been without 4g for 6-7 days now. not happy

If you are unable to access the internet anywhere, the most likely reason will be your APN settings, you also need to select the correct APN on your phone settings, pp (pre paid) for PAYG. It would also be worth making sure 4G is stable in your location from the coverage checker at the top of the page.
Although you do not have a network issue, there are some helpful checks to make from this link Network Issues
If everything is set up correctly on your phone it will be an account based issue and 4G may need to be added to your account profile.
If you still have problems please come back to the forum and the Team will pick up this thread and make sure you have 4G service enabled on your account.
