How do I get Vodafone to reply to emails regarding my bills. Talked to them on the phone and was offered £20 goodwill payment. Eight emails so far

Ok so it's a case of waiting for a reply from your email and or customer service on the support channel etc.

 

I assume your online myvodafone or myvodafone app isn't going to show the breakdown of what's being charged for.

AFAIK, My Vodafone won't show a breakdown, but should allow you to download bills, which will have detailed usage.

If data is reponsible, note that you should be able to apply a cap through MV.
