Hi, I am trying to contact Vodafone's customer care but they seem to be very busy.
Two questions about the 500 international minutes that are part of my "red entertainment" plan
1. Are they perpetual or per month ie do I get 500 minutes per month
2. I used to be able to see the remaining minutes at the app and the web site in my account. It seems that this feature is now removed. How can I see the remaining minutes now?

Hey!
I never spotted I could see the EU minutes in the app.
I always used the 44555 number whenever i wanted to check. Hit 2 and I get a text that has all my balances including my EU mins.

How useful to remove part of your plan allowance from the app or MyVodadone website. Please fix it!
