Access to Secure Net

Information on the Vodaphone site says that "If you’ve got a mobile plan with us, you can get Secure Net", however when I've tried to set it up I get an error message that says:

This service is not available to you

As soon as Secure Net is activated on your account you will be protected on our mobile network against viruses, malware and phishing sites. You will be informed via SMS when a security threat has been detected and stopped. Please note, Secure Net doesn't work over non-Vodafone mobile connections such as WiFi.

Any ideas what is going on?
