Quick question is it possible if I phone Vodafone to order a accessory and have if appear on my next phone bill?

Vodafone have a service called Charge-to-Bill for purchases of certain items. 

Unfortunatley this does not stretch to buying accessories as its for Apps etc. 

Current Phone  >

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.
