Hi, can a moderator on here help please?
I've not been with Vodafone for about 5 years now, closed account, no arrears - yet its still being reported to my credit report on a monthly basis.
This isn't on and frankly quite worrying!
Would really appreciate help on this matter as trying to get through to Customer Service when you don't have an active account is like trying to cross to Mordor....
Sorry, not a reply. I just logged on for exactly the same reason and it seems to be impossible to get hold of anyone. Would love to know why Vodafone is still on my credit file over a year after moving to a new provider?
