I had to change my password to login to my online account, had the temporary password, did the verification with the text code and then changed my password. I'm now trying to log in again and it keeps telling me i need to do the verification via text again! This is a problem as I don't have phone signal at home so I can't always access the code and the internet in time before the code expires.

 

Anyone know why this keeps happening and how it can be sorted???

If you have changed your password to login, you need to clear your PC cache and cookies, close down the browser and try again.  Alternatively, try from a different borwser.   If this is not done, it will be cookie preventing you from logging on.

I've tried on another machine, same problem.

How do i check the cookie settings??

@JASPERK1956 You can clear your cache and cookies from your desktop simply by going into your current browsers settings. You can find your browser settings typically in the top right corner of your browser. However, if you're using a mobile browser you may need to access the browser settings by going into your general phone settings manually.
