I've ended my pay monthly account with Vodafone, many years ago. Recently I checked my credit score history and although I have no late payments and the status is OK, it still shows up as if my account was open. How can I get it properly closed from Vodafone so it no longer shows on my credit score?

I also have the same issue, my account with Vodafone was closed many years ago however it is still showing up on my credit score report.
What do I need to do to get this removed or account closed properly.

Speak with the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries as they have a dedicated Credit File Specialist Team.

I have the same issue, account closed years ago but still shows as open.

If you contact the Social Media Team via the links given by @BandOfBrothers above,they'll be able to get this sorted for you. In the present circumstances, customer service channels aren't running at full speed but, once you've given the team your details, you can leave it with them and won't have to be hanging on the end of a live call.
If you know your old number, it'll help, but make it clear that sending it an SMS to confirm security won't work.

I too I’ve discovered have an open credit account despite ending my account years ago.
