Hi,
I had an account with vodaphone that was closed in 2015 when I moved to another provider. I changed my number when I did this so I didn't receive a pac code or carry my previous number over.
I have recently noticed that Vodaphone are still showing an active account on my Credit file. The balance is at £0.
I have phoned customer service with no success.
How do I remove this from my credit file and at the very least have it show as closed.

The Vodafone Credit File Specialist Teams are not customer facing @Mikey093
There is also no account access support via this forum anymore.
So I'd suggest to speak with the Vodafone Social Media Teams as they can pass this to their Credit File Specialist Teams.
