I had until recently a mobile broadband account with Vodafone. Despite the account now being closed and the outstanding balance paid, it is still showing on my credit report as active and new amounts are still being added to it. I've tried calling the contact centre and speaking to an advisor on this website but no luck. Does anyone know how to get Vodafone to update the account on my credit report? Many thanks
