Added ph no. in My Vodaphone App not working

Hi,

I included my Mothers No in Vodafone app. I have activated her cell No. for roaming through Muvodafone app for 28 days. She is now in Canada. I want to extend her  roaming facility through VodafoneApp.

 

Now Her profile name is coming as added no. in MyVodafone app but not  her details and related functionality to her profile.  Therefore I cannot extend the Roaming pack

 

How to resolve the issue?Please help

With Vodafone UK not offering roaming packs, I am sure you are a Vodafone India customer.
