Age restrictions

I recently can't access certain sites. I've reset all my bars and secure net is off. Have done all the wait 24hrs and turn phone off on etc. Still nothing. This is becoming frustrating, I understand the need for these but to have certain restrictions on can be annoying. Please help

If you have been able to access age restricted sites, it's strange that you now have the restriction.  Follow this link you will be speaking directly to the Social Team, they will be able to provide the necessary account access to get this solved for you.

We sometimes see that a person has de activated at their end but for some reason it's still applied at Vodafone's end.

I would suggest to contact Live Chat or call 191 to ask them to check your account.

Also as a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to help rule out the phone.
