Hey, have had my account “ cleansed” by a super user in the back room staff or super users f Vodafone to fix an issue and now I have a working phone but no account to match it when I call customer services my number does not come up and they can’t find me using number imei account number etc as my account has not been set up properly and trying to explain what has happened without them being able to see notes or track me is impossible and they wont let me talk to back room staff grrrrrrrrrr
