Trying to connect my Apple Watch the the cellular network but the sim swap process has failed for the 3rd time and Vodafone tech team don’t seem to know what to do.
I don't know whether it's the same for eSIMs, but if a traditional SIM activation fails, it blocks the system and subsequent attempts simply back up behind it. Clearing the logjam is relatively simple (I don't know the process, but it's happened to me and, once the team were on it, it was fine in a few minutes).
