I paid my bill but on the app it says I ow 90odd pounds and the app won't let me do live chat as it never lets me log in to anything as it says nothing is recognised. What do I do

Your payment maybe catching up to be reflected on your account @Kezza1

Did you pay by Direct Debit or via manual payment may i ask ?

Could you try using Live Chat via a tablet / Laptop etc ?

Alternatively Customer Services on 191 will be able to log into your Account and check.

I paid it on the 1st of the month via phone I will be calling today to see wat is said so I shall put on here wat is said. 

Its just my luck really as iv had nothing but problems with my account since day 1.
