Why I can't pay my bill on April?

they don't show me that I have a bill for this month.

on my card say that is pending for tomorrow.

Just to mention Usually a bill payment is taken via Direct Debit which is the best option.

I appreciate your paying by card.

Perhaps look in your myvodafone  / myvodafone app to look for a bill.

How-can-I-see-my-Pay-monthly-bill. 

 

Customer service on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries have account access to help.

Unfortunately there is no account access assistance via the forum.
