Hi

 

I have 2 numbers with Vodafone, I gave notice to cancel one number 30 days ago, it was disconnected today.

 

Problem is my lastest bill is showing a charge for this number from 17 November to 16 December 2017. So basically I have been charged 3 weeks extra for a dead number.  Will my next bill show a refund? Spoke to chat and they were useless.

I would suggest ringing Vodafone on 191 for help. 

Or await for the Vodafone Social Media Team here who read all posts to catch up with your thread. 

I'd certainly want to ensure my billing was correct too.

When a contract is terminated, there will be two final bills.  There is further information on what will happen with your bills on the link below.

 

I’m leaving Vodafone – what will happen with my bills?

 

With line rental being paid in advance, there should be a credit on the bill, providing the direct debit for the account is active, this will be repaid direct to your account.  The final bill for the number will show a zero balance.
