Hello i am stuggling with payin a bill as i am stugglin with depression and anxiety since the loss of my partner to suicide and my money situation isnt the same as before also i was told by online chat if i phone i can pay in instalments but i am finding it difficult to talk on the phone can anybody help me please

Sorry to hear of the loss of your partner.
I suspect the specialist department are only available by phone and you have to call but they should be able to sympathetically look at your circumstances and arrange an affordable payment plan.
However, wait for one of the forum Team to get to the thread, they will be able see if there is any other way to contact the Department.

My contract has been cut off i had already spoken online chat to somebody to tell them my situation of bein made redundant and i will have a payment for them on 31st ov this month they said that was fine and would be noted so i dont have to repeat myself again and again and to be honest i cant phone and chat as i am suffering with depression and anxiety after loosing my partner to suicide in january and this is the reson y i have been falling behind with payment can someone please help me as i nees my phone i will make a payment to my best on 31st hopefully will b all ov it i will try my best but my children come first in any situation please im desprate here 😢

My heart goes out to you in these difficult times.
Vodafone are there to help people experiencing billing and payment difficulties.
It could be that somehow their systems have auto kicked in to cut your services which normally is outgoing services to stop bills from being further racked up even tho you've made a promise to pay.
Let the Vodafone Social Media Team here catch up with your thread and bring you in away from the open forum to pass security checks and they'll help you further with this situation in sure.

Please be aware any payment plan can be reported on a person's Credit File that can affect future applications for mortgages, loans etc.
