Pay monthly

Calls disconnecting after 60 Minutes

Not applicable

Have Vodafone recently imposed a call duration limit? I've previously done calls longer than this, but for some reason they are now cutting off at one hour exactly. I've got good signal, and have an unlimited pay monthly plan with no caps or restrictions in place.

Not good when trying to call a company about a problem and their call wait times are in excess of a hour due to the COVID situation right now.

I did get the iPhone SE recently. I don't suppose it could be a limit on the phone itself that I could disable somehow?

Any ideas on what's changed recently and if/how I can undo it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I raised this is relation to another issue and I've been told that there's a time limit of 3 hours.   However, there's also a thread relating to calls cutting off here, although the timing is different.   Some networks only allow 60 minutes as part of the inclusive allowance, and start to charge after that, but that's different.
