After 10 hours of webchat and at least an hour on 191, numerous broken promises, can anyone tell me how I can get my PAC code without spending more time with Vodafone's customer service or sending PAC to 65075?
'Sorry, we're having technical difficulties at the moment...' is the constant response.

There are three ways to get your code which are via phone call , online or by text.
You could even try the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum anymore.
