I got a new pay monthly contract as of Tuesday 28th November. My number ported over from o2 however I still cannot log in or register on my Vodafone app.
when I try to create an account it says username in use. When I try to reset the password it says no account with that username.
i had a Vodafone pay monthly contract 2 years ago with this number., wonder if this is the issue.
It could be or it might be that Vodafones systems are still seeing this as an o2 number from the port.
Give customer support a call on 191 or use Live Chat as they'll be able to access your account to check and help you.
