Sorry to bother people with this problem but since I recently signed up with Vodafone I’ve had a small problem. I’ve tried the app and the website but every time I try to verify my age to my account it keeps telling me I can’t do that right now
any answers or help with problem please?

I had similar issues removing the bar > How-do-I-access-age-restricted-content-on-my-mobile-device. as I do not use a Credit Card.
I walked into my most local Vodafone Highstreet Store and answered some account specific questions and within minutes the bar was lifted.
If you can't get to a Store right now then try customer service on 191 or Live Chat.
