My husband had a Samsung Active watch which we set up with OneNumber so that he could leave his phone at home and receive texts / calls etc on his watch.
The watch was not fit for purpose and was returned, so we would like to cancel the OneNumber.
I've tried to get through to speak to someone but this is well nigh impossible.
How do I get this cancelled?
I'm not sure how this would work, but your best bet would be to talk to the Social Media team on Facebook or Twitter. They'll be able to take your details privately and advise.
