Cancelling Direct Debit?

Hi,

I have a Direct Debit that comes out every month for an internet dongle I had a few years back and completely forgot about, it's £7.50 per month and I'd really like to cancel it but have no idea how to. Please help!

you need to cancel the contract and not the Direct Debit.

Suggest cal 191 or use live chat.
