Cancelling a new contract but the phone has arrived?

I ordered a contract and cancelled it on the same day. My old phone got stolen and unable to contact the services directly, will I still get charged for receiving the phone / how do I return it without incurring any charges?

A person has a 30 day cooling off period @Hjknee  so don't worry.

The quickest way is to return the phone and everything that came with it to a Vodafone Highstreet Store.

Get a receipt of return from them to prove you have returned the handset. 

If you cant get to a store then ring them and they'll send a returns bag.  contact-us.
