Cancelling my contract

why is it so difficult to contact vodafone, they take very long time to answer then it literrally takes hours to cancel.  I still haven't achieved it as got cut off having been trying for hours.  Is this a deliberate ploy to prevent cancellations?  outrageous customer service.  Is there a email address I can jsut cancel my email?

As a person needs to pass security checks its not possible to cancel via email @lsuxq 

It's a weekend so the lines will be busy.

If you try Live Chat they can pass you through to the cancellations / detentions department. 

Other than that its 191 and choose Thinking of leaving.

Your chances of achieving this will increase enormously if you make the call during the working day.  Be sure to choose the "thinking of leaving us" option from the 191 menu.
