Hi,
I want to be able to create (*or login to my old) My Vodafone account.
I've attempted multiple times over the years, tried and failed with support and each time eventually give up. Had a vodafone mobile for circa 12+ years.
Back Story:
Years ago I had a vodaone mobile contract. Then setup a family business, we transferred to a business account with my and my wife phones on it. Moving our previous mobile numbers to the business mobile account. Since then we've never been able to login to any Vodafone online portal..
Why Do We Want To Do It:
1. It would be nice to be able to login and see the actual bills.
2. I want to enabled Wifi Calling, which I understand has to be done in My Vodafone.
What Currently Happens:
1 . - Install MyVodafone App - Try using that... get message, "As you don't have a mobile phone account with us, you won't be able to check your account details on this aspp. But you will; be able to see them by going to My Vodafone'
2. Goto My Vodafone site via a computer. Enter what I used to be the right email address (not aware that it ever changed). Choose Forgotten Password. Choose Forgotten Username. Enter my Vodafone Mobile number ... Get Error message:
"Sorry, there seems to be a problem
Please try again later - if you continue seeing this message please contact us.: 491 - [Error ref 1w0]. "
Anyone help would be hugely appreciated.

As far as is known when you change ownership from personal to business, you would have needed to set up a new online account for the business account, the new online account would also have needed fresh information from the original personal account with new user name, password and email address.
