For some reason my bill was doubled this month ? I suspect fraud from the people working in the overseas offices, taking advantage of the COVID19 chaos!!

Your comment on Vodafone overseas staff taking advantage of the Covid 19 outbreak and commiting fraud on a customers account is offensive and in view of the current difficult situation it is an unnecessary comment and an insult.  This dreadful situation affects all of us here in the UK as well as overseas.

 

As far as you bill is concerned, this can sometimes happen when you have changed your contract in any way by way of upgrading or changing tariff.  Vodafone would have reset the account and you would be charged part of a month, plus one months line rental in advance to bring you in line with your billing date.

 

The best way to find why to find the reason for extra charges is to take a look at your itemised billing, this will give you any extra pro ratered charges, plus any extra call charges.
