Hi, i moved away from Vodafone back in May 2018, however the Vodafone account is still showing on my credit file despite having a nil balance and being told my account was closed!
How do i go about removing the account from my credit file? Thanks

Please Let the Vodafone Social Media Team here that reads all posts catch up with your post and they'll bring you in away from the Community forum to pass Security Checks and then involve their Credit File Specialist Teams to investigate this for you.
