Hi can someone from the Credit File support team get in contact with me please. I closed my account 2 years ago but still showing as active on credit file.

The Vodafone Social Media Team here can help you with this once they've caught up with your thread as they have a Credit File Specialist Team too.

Our Credit team would be happy to have a look into this old account and make any changes to it's status on your credit file. So they're able to securely access your details, please get in touch using the link in my private message

I have the same issue. Closed account (over 5 years ago!) but it's still active on my credit report. I've tried to contact via live chat but all i've recieved is the number for Experian. Please can this be sorted out asap as i need my credit file up to date. This is a vodaphone issue!
