If your having ongoing problems with Vodafone keep contacting the customer services by phone keep notes of who you spoke to and from which department time/date etc. Send in a letter of complaint to the customer complaints department. Sent it recorded delivery. Call back and ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they will say someone will call you back in 3-5 days. You probably won't get the call. Keep contacting them for your resolution, but don't forget to keep notes, time and dates. If you don't get a response after 8 weeks contact the communication financial ombudsman with all that you've documented and contact ofcom to report your complaints, as this will add to the list they already have on Vodafone. You can also report to Watchdog and Which.

I'd suggest to send as Recorded Delivery so you can track it arrived to its destination.
