Hi,
Can please somebody provide me an email / mailing adress i have been trying to get a default resolved on my account a few times but i am having trouble via phone.

I appreciate how damaging defaults can be on a credit file.
Customer services on 191 or Live Chat can help but as the Credit File Department are not customer facing their isn't an email address.
Alternatively the Vodafone Social Media Team here have a Credit File Specialist Team.
Perhaps wait until they have reached your thread and bring you in away from the open forum to pass security checks and they'll Private Message you.
