Content Control - Online method not working, online support unable to help?????

Hi all,

 

I have never had content control on my contract but for some reason yesterday it has magically switched itself on. I have tried turning it off in 'My Account' but once I have entered my card details it says I am unable to remove it at this time, please try again later. I have also tried online support who have told me it is off on my account even though it is clearly not from the vodafone restricted access pages that appear on my phone. Their only suggestion was go to a vodafone store! If vodafone online support are unable to fix this what is the point of them being there?

 

Anyone got any ideas

My suggestion is to call Customer Services on 191. 

They will.check your account and escalate to higher support if neeed. 

The Highstreet Stores may not be able to help as they are primarily there to sell contracts , phone's and accessories etc

That was my thought exactly, Why would online support suggest it?

 

I will try 191 later but I dont hold out much hope
