im having the same problem that many people seem to have. i had 2 vodafone contracts showing on my credit file, both of which were closed many years ago.
One of them i got closed over the phone, they said that it was because i was owed a small refund (honestly i wished they had just closed the account). However the second was still exists over 4 years later, i have called quite a few times,, but it never gets fixed . posting here because the from what i read i the social media team have a dedicated credit file team that might be able to help.
