I had a PayM with Vodafone which ended in November 2021. For some reason I had a fee of £5 which has been waived by Billing as a good will gesture (22/01/22).
I have looked at my Clear Score account and it is showing that my account is active with a balance of £5.
I have read numerous amount of comments where this is happening to others. Can I get this resolved please?

When your account was credited on 22 Jan, if we made any changes to your credit report, this can take up to 30 working days before you see this change. So we can double check the Vodafone account, please drop our Credit File team a message on Twitter or Facebook, all of the details can be found here.
